Un portavoz de la Plataforma de Afectados por el Fórum Filatélico, a la que se han adherido unos 30.000 clientes, señaló en declaraciones a Efe que mañana se darán de alta como asociación, paso previo para la designación de un bufete de abogados que les represente como acusación particular en el proceso judicial contra la empresa de inversión en bienes tangibles.
Una vez creada la asociación, sus responsables prevén celebrar una asamblea y convocar varias reuniones para esta semana frente a la sede de la empresa en la madrileña calle de José Abascal, con el objetivo de distribuir y recoger los formularios de afiliación a la organización para aquellos que no disponen de acceso a Internet.

...y FORUM FILATÉLICO.

Y la Gran Corrupción continúa con excelente salud. Es lógico. Intactas sus fortunas…y sus conexiones, la “mafia” muestra vitalidad. Sus “negocios”, saludables, y en el caso de los funcionarios, en sus puestos, esperando quien los corrompa, o a la inversa, avisando a sus “bufetes” de los negocios “a la vista”. Blanquear, el principal. Entre el mayor volumen de billetes de 500€ de Europa, las miles de sociedades “instrumentales” donde firman “yonkis” o expertos en falsificaciones “oficiales de DNI”, cientos de abogados contratados como el Tom Cruisse de “La Tapadera” (conocedores o no de los entresijos de los corruptos jefes y sus compinches), añadiendo a su experiencia de siempre la red mundial de ordenadores, se mueven miles de miles de millones, y no de las antiguas pesetas, de EUROS, ¡moneda fuerte!. Y por cierto, esos bufetes, no trabajan para “mafia alguna” (caso del de La Tapadera, por lo demás con menos efectivos que los de Barcelona), ellos en si mismos son la “mafia” de sello español, en amalgama con altos funcionarios, donde difícil calibrar quien es el “capo di tutti le capi”, si el titular del bufete, un banquero o bancarios, el político de turno, o un juez o policía. Por lo vivido yo afirmaría que el “capo” entre un conjunto corrupto varía según cada “negocio” o circunstancia. Pero la pregunta no sería ¿quién es el capo?, la pregunta es que mentalidad gobierna una Ciudad o País donde la Policía, la Judicatura o la Fiscalía, precinta, cierra, hunde, mi despacho y negocio, o una taberna y chiringuito que vendan hachís, algunas “casas de putas”, clínicas ful, fábricas clandestinas, incluso detienen policías corruptos, hasta bancos o pirámides como el FORUM FILATÉLICO (asesorado por el mayor bufete de la ciudad, con uno de sus miembros jefe jurídico de la Generalitat de Pujol) pero jamás un BUFETE, como el de la excelente película, con cincuenta, cien u ochocientos colaboradores donde se extorsiona, blanquea, y se corrompe a todo funcionario que roce su entorno. O los servidores del orden que deben luchar contra el delito no funcionan, o simplemente flotan EN UN CONJUNTO PODRIDO, con grandes conceptos filosófico-jurídicos como “verdad verdadera” o “falsedad ideológica” escritos por mis jueces.
Pero los peligrosos para mí (emperrado y enmendador denunciante) no son el trío ya catalogados de delincuentes, ¡y muy peligrosos!, (quien se atreve a meter en la cárcel a alguien hasta que le pague…por fuerza es “muy peligroso”)…e insisto, no actuaron solos…los “De le Rosa-Piqué Vidal-Pascual Estevill”.
Y así…uno de tantos “informadores” que me crea Internet me dice e intenta demostrar que mi teléfono está pinchado. ¿Por qué?. Yo solo soy un viejo vencido y “bilioso” (según un comentario en Internet) aportando a quien quiera de la “Justicia”, o la poca “Decencia” que quede, informaciones que si no otra cosa pueden limpiar algo de la “mierda” de este País, para que ocurran los menos casos “Del Barco” posibles.
Otro gran amigo creado por Internet, a poco que le conozco me cuenta toda una trama…yo, con demasiados años de cárcel, dudo, allí todos “son inocentes”, y las conspiraciones judiciales y policiales a la orden del día. Pero es cierto…y lo demuestra en www.legitimidad.es. ¿Por qué, y quienes lanzan contra el mensajero equipos humanos que valen un fortunón, retrayéndolos de sus grandes labores, la verdadera lucha contra “mafias” y “etas”?. El teléfono, los portales…INTERNET les preocupa… por el momento no pueden subvencionar a todo el que denuncia por la RED, o sea, como con la PRENSA, callándola, o ajustando los casos a “sus versiones”, y acuden al TERROR DE ESTADO, amedrentar, hasta con los “geniales hackers” de la policía u oscuros servicios de INTELIGENCIA, CONTRAINTELIGENCIA O CLOACAS DEL ESTADO…y nadie investigó al GRAN TRIO, e insisto, fueron sus víctimas quienes consiguieron la pírrica victoria…muy pírrica, y hasta corrupta, comprando datos de Hacienda…acudiendo a jueces y sus luchas por el Poder en el CGPJ, burlando y atosigando a los fiscales de Barcelona (los vitalicios) impidiendo que “aislaran” tanto el caso, que no quedara “caso” … y así la Gran Corrupción continúa con sus estructuras intactas, y hasta Piqué Vidal y De la Rosa…salen de la cárcel…
Tengo la ilusión de que en los próximos juicios por Gran Tibidabo (que se anuncia el más largo que jamás hubo en Barcelona) y el de HACIENDA… se descubran…!iluso e ingenuo de mí!...
