- La Federación de Consumidores en Acción (FACUA) recomienda a los afectados que acudan a los juzgados de guardia. Así las instancias judiciales recabarán los datos de todos los perjudicados y les comunicarán las actuaciones que vayan a llevarse a cabo.
-La Confederación Española de Amas de Casa, Consumidores y Usuarios (CEACCU) defenderá los intereses penales y civiles de los consumidores afectados y se presentará como acusación particular en la causa abierta en la Audiencia Nacional.
También ofrece sus asociaciones para atender a los posibles afectados, para lo que deberán facilitar su nombre, dirección y teléfono de contacto, y copia del contrato o los Títulos. Los afectados pueden dirigirse a CEACCU por teléfono (91 594 50 89), en horario de mañana, o a través de Internet, donde podrán rellenar un formulario de reclamaciones.
- La Federación de Usuarios-Consumidores Independientes (FUCI) se personará como acusación particular y recomienda a los afectados que reúnan toda la documentación para que se pueda contar con unos datos fiables sobre la dimensión del problema.
- La Plataforma de Afectados por Fórum Filatélico, formada por medio millar de inversores y que ya ha reunido más de 500 firmas, ha puesto un correo electrónico a disposición de los inversores de esta sociedad (afectadosforum@gmail.com) y piensa crear una sitio de internet para aunar esfuerzos.
-La Unión de Consumidores de España (UCE) pondrá su red de oficinas de toda España a disposición de los afectados.
Un grupo de afectados ha presentado una denuncia, a la que se puede unir el resto de perjudicadosAdemás, un grupo de afectados ya ha interpuesto una denuncia ante la comisaría de Policía Nacional en el distrito madrileño de Chamberí contra la sociedad filatélica por no responder este martes a los requerimientos de sus clientes.
Los afectados pueden adherirse a esta denuncia, que ha sido registrada con el número de atestado 12.263.
